Sept. 25, 2015 - Glazed and ready for new homes!
A favorite message, mystery author, was discovered in our laundry room not long ago. Thanks to whichever grandson(s) left it:
On to the pottery news and views.
Unloaded a glaze kiln this morning, so 'tis time to show some sample work. All images should enlarge so you can see details.
Check with your local yarn store to see if they are carrying the yarn bowls. Many are. If their stock is low, I will be happy to replenish upon request.
Yes, visitors to the studio are welcome by arrangement. Send a mail message to willowakpottery@gmail.com or give a call to 907.360.3696.
The Willow Holiday Art Tour is scheduled for Saturday, November 14, 10:00-5:00, so please mark your calendar. You'll visit three working studios, see lots of beautiful art, and have a good time shopping for one-of-a-kind treasures -- pottery, paintings, fiber arts (quilts, runners, bags, etc.), wood, jewelry, carvings, fused glass, burls, felted clogs, and much more. Visit all three studios and you are eligible for a drawing for Willow Creek Studio's $100 gift certificate. Come one...come all! Stay tuned.
Yes, Ben is returning as the lead cashier. :-)
